Tele-health continues to be the safest way to access mental health services at this time. All of our therapists and BHIS workers are offering Telehealth services. We recognize that depending insurance coverage or other circumstances, it may be therapeutically necessary to hold in-person services. We do have therapists who are offering in-person services as well. We are following CDC guidelines regarding safe practices in order to best protect our clients and staff.
If you have questions about whether in-person or tele-health services are most appropriate for you at this time, please discuss this with our intake coordinator or feel free to contact your therapist or BHIS provider either by phone or email. Employee emails are set up with the first initial of the first name, followed by last name @lifeworksdm.com. Our office phones will be answered during business hours as well at 515-255-8399.
